Do I need to be "injured" to sign up for performance training?

Not at all. Many of our clients are healthy athletes looking to reach the next level. We focus on "Prehab", identifying movement compensations and strengthening weak links before they become injuries, while building the power and endurance needed for your specific sport.

Can I transition from Physical Therapy to performance training?

Yes, once you’ve finished your clinical rehabilitation, we seamlessly transition you into a performance-based fitness program. This ensures you don't lose progress and can return to your sport stronger than you were before your injury.
