DR. JAXIE METH PT, DPT
Jacqueline Meth PT, DPT (aka Jaxie) graduated from the University of Massachusetts, Amherst with her Bachelor’s in Kinesiology in 2011 and received her Doctorate in Physical Therapy from American International College in 2015.
Jaxie started The METHOD in 2020 after working for years in a high-volume outpatient clinic and seeing how our healthcare system doesn’t allow patients to get the care they deserve. She strongly believes that anyone who chooses to move their body is an athlete and should be treated so. Jaxie combines her background in athletics and performance with her extensive continued education in the pelvic floor to offer a unique and different experience to those experiencing pelvic floor dysfunction.
Jaxie completed a year-long residency at the prestigious Institute of Orthopedic Manual Therapy, is certified in Functional Dry Needling and has internal certifications from Herman and Wallace. Jaxie is also an adjunct professor in the DPT program at Simmons University. You can catch her and her pup Kenzie all over the city, always with a smile on her face!

DR. RACHAEL MCGUINNESS PT, DPT
Rachael McGuinness, PT, DPT graduated from Tufts University in 2012 and earned her Doctorate of Physical Therapy from Boston University in 2015. She specializes in pelvic health for individuals of all genders, with a particular focus on supporting patients in performance-driven and active lifestyles.
Rachael takes a long-term approach to care that extends beyond pain relief. She is passionate about helping patients not only recover but also return to the activities they love, perform at a higher level, and build the strength and resilience needed to prevent recurrence. She enjoys bridging the gap between rehabilitation and performance, often transitioning patients into more fitness-and-strength based work with a training lens, while always keeping their injury history and goals in mind.
As an avid participant in Boston's group fitness scene, Rachael has a special interest in working with group fitness enthusiasts. She understands the physical demands and community-driven motivation of these environments and enjoys helping patients stay strong, confident, and injury-free in their workouts. As a new mom who prioritizes her own fitness, she is especially passionate about working with postpartum women and supporting them through their return to exercise and performance.
Outside the clinic, you can find her reading her latest book club pick in the sun, checking outnew South End neighborhood spots, or taking her flag football team way too seriously.

DR. ELYSE HARROP PT, DPT, OCS, CMTPT
Dr. Elyse Harrop, PT, DPT, OCS, CMTPT graduated from the University of Hartford with her Bachelor’s in Health Sciences in 2011 and her Doctorate of Physical Therapy in 2014. She is Board Certified in Orthopedics from the American Board of Physical Therapy Specialties. She is certified in trigger point dry needling, and holds a pelvic floor certification through Herman and Wallace. Elyse is also Titleist Performance Institute (TPI) Level 1 certified, with training in golf-specific movement assessment and performance rehab.
Elyse believes each patient should have a treatment plan designed specifically for them and the goals they want to achieve, perfectly in line with our motto at The METHOD. She combines manual therapy, dry needling, and exercise to help her patients reach maximal function and performance.
Outside the clinic, Elyse enjoys spending her time in the outdoors with her friends and family. As an endurance athlete and nine-time marathoner, you can catch her planning her next destination marathon or training all around the city.

DR. CLAIRE MAZZOCCO PT, DPT
Claire Spring, PT, DPT graduated from Saint Louis University with her Bachelor’s in Exercise Science in 2018 and Doctorate of Physical Therapy in 2020. She has undergone extensive pelvic floor continuing education through mentorship, several Herman & Wallace courses, as well as courses instructed by leaders in the pelvic health field. Claire treats both male and female pelvic floor dysfunction and understands the value of being able to connect the pelvic floor with the orthopedic system. Additionally, she is a certified dry needling provider.
Claire believes in the importance of creating an individualized plan of care for each of her patients in order to get them back to the activities they love with confidence. She is passionate about providing patients with the tools they need to succeed and uses a functional approach in doing so.
Outside the clinic, Claire enjoys staying active with walks in the city (making sure to grab coffee along the way), hiking and finding new workout classes. She’s always scoping out new restaurants and loves to spend time with friends and family.

DR. MADDY HANRAHAN PT, DPT, OCS
Maddy Hanrahan PT, DPT, OCS graduated from Northeastern University in 2016 with her Bachelors in Rehab Sciences and in 2017 with her Doctorate in Physical Therapy. During her time at Northeastern University she was involved in the Sports, Strength and Conditioning Concentration which allowed her to work closely with high school, college and professional athletes through her clinical training. She is Board Certified in Orthopedics from the American Board of Physical Therapy Specialties. Maddy was recently involved in the Women’s Sports Medicine Program at Massachusetts General Hospital, through their Sports Physical Therapy Clinic, and developed a passion for working with women and female athletes through any phase in their life to help them return to what they love to do. She is also an adjunct professor at Northeastern University.
Maddy has a passion for working with motivated individuals who are eager to return to any activity or sport and prevent recurring injuries. Maddy takes a patient-specific approach, diving into what each patient’s goal is and working towards how physical therapy can help them functionally achieve these.
Outside the clinic, you can find her exploring hiking trails and craft breweries with her dog, Louie, trying out a new barre, pilates or strength class or getting overly competitive at board game night with friends.

DR. JACKIE RIEDEL PT, DPT, OCS, CSCS, CAPP-OB
Jackie Riedel, PT, DPT, OCS, CSCS, CAPP-OB graduated from Indiana University with her Bachelor’s in Kinesiology in 2012 and received her Doctorate in Physical Therapy from Massachusetts General Hospital Institute of Health Professions in 2015. She is a Board Certified in Orthopedics from the American Board of Physical Therapy Specialties and is also a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist. Most recently, Dr. Jackie has been awarded the Certification of Achievement in Obstetric Physical Therapy which is awarded by the American Physical Therapy Association (APTA) Pelvic Health Academy after completing a rigorous series of courses, clinical tests and a written case report in pelvic health.
Jackie has undergone extensive pelvic floor and women’s health training including mentorship and coursework through the American Physical Therapy Association’s Pelvic Health Academy. Additionally, she has taken continuing education courses in sport related injuries, instrument assisted soft tissue mobilization, pain science education, and advanced manual therapy techniques. While at Newton Wellesley Hospital, she coordinated the hospital’s Running Strong program, a series of clinics throughout the year to help educate runners on injury prevention and strategies to maximize performance. Jackie has also served as the Medical Team Captain at the Boston Marathon Starting Line the past few years as well.
Jackie enjoys taking an individualized approach with all her patients to help them achieve their goals and to pursue the things they’re passionate about.
Outside of the clinic, Jackie enjoys hiking and being outdoors with her dog, Penny, and spending time with her friends and family.

DR. JULIA MULLER, DPT, CF-L1
Dr. Julia Muller, PT, DPT, CF-L1 graduated from Ithaca College with her Doctorate of Physical Therapy in 2022 and with dual undergraduate degrees in 2020, completing both a Bachelor of Science in Clinical Health Studies and a Bachelor of Music with a Flute concentration. She holds a CrossFit Level 1 (CF-L1) trainer certificate and has been coaching at CrossFit, functional fitness, and strength gyms since 2021, bringing her expertise of rehabilitation and weightlifting together. Through the Institute of Clinical Excellence (ICE), she has earned her title of ICE Certified Specialist in managing conditions related to the Fitness Athlete and Pelvic Floor. She has also undergone pelvic floor training through the Herman and Wallace Institute.
Her fitness forward approach to rehabilitation extends to many populations, but she especially enjoys working with weightlifters, musicians, dancers, runners, and swimmers. She believes in harnessing the power of self-efficacy to help clients manage their symptoms and reach new levels of performance.
Outside of the clinic, Julia can be found with a barbell in hand at a CrossFit gym, catching concerts at Symphony Hall, chasing a good sunset along the water, or finding new trails to run on

DR. KENDALL OSIS PT, DPT, CSCS
Kendall Osis, PT, DPT, CSCS earned her Bachelor’s degree in Health and Wellness from the University of Hawai’i at Manoa in 2011 and received her Doctorate in Physical Therapy from theUniversity of California, San Francisco in 2019. She is passionate about helping patients return to the activities they love and works with both orthopedic and female pelvic health populations.
For the past five years, Kendall has been working out of CrossFit 617 in Dorchester, where she has developed extensive experience treating CrossFit athletes and active individuals. She combines a variety of manual therapy techniques with targeted therapeutic exercise to help patients reduce pain, improve performance, and reach their fitness goals.
After the birth of her daughter, McKenna, and attending pelvic floor physical therapy as a patient, Kendall developed a strong passion for working with the postpartum population. She particularly enjoys helping new moms safely return to exercise and daily activities through individualized plans of care tailored to each patient’s goals.
Outside of the clinic, Kendall enjoys staying active with her family and friends. You can often find her hiking with her husband, daughter, and their pup Sadie, taking CrossFit classes, stand-up paddle boarding, or traveling to new places

ALI MCINNIS
Ali Mcinnis is our Client Success and Office Manager, where she ensures that every aspect of The METHOD patient experience runs smoothly. Ali is the go-to person for scheduling, patient communication, and building our network with all of Boston's motivated movers.
Passionate about creating a welcoming and supportive environment, Ali thrives on helping our patients navigate their wellness journeys. She works to enhance patient engagement, and ensure that every individual who walks through our doors feels valued and supported. Ali's love for movement and wellness aligns perfectly with The METHOD's mission.
A lifelong fitness enthusiast, she is always on the move - whether she's running through the city, training for her next race, or exploring all kinds of workout classes. When she's not at the clinic, you can find her spending time with friends and family, or binge-watching reality TV.

KENZIE
Kenzie is the true face of The METHOD. In her 13 years, Kenzie has helped hundreds of patients feel loved and welcomed.
